Welcome, my name is Rory

I help others find calm and peace through movement. Using yoga asana and qigong forms as my base; we delve deeply into the body, connecting breath, mind and inner intuition into a unique expression of moving meditation. This helps us better understand ourselves and how to be present and mindful on and off the mat.
